Yes, you can! Simply check the box that says “ship straight to recipient” at checkout and add the message you’d like to have printed inside.

Yes! If you want to send the card directly to the recipient, just check the “ship straight to recipient” box. This will reveal an input for their address, as well as a box to have a personalised message printed inside the card. For now though, you will have to settle for printed text. Doodles of genitalia are not yet supported.

No, not yet. While this is a feature we plan to add in the future, for now, you’ll just have to trust us that it’ll look amazing.

We use a font called permanent marker which has a hand-written feel. If your friend or family member is an idiot, they’ll believe you wrote in it yourself.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, we would rather re-send your card or credit your account. However, if neither of these are viable, we can process a refund. Please do get in touch regarding this and please provide screenshots of your order. These can be sent to us at hello@bastardcards.com.

We will aim to look into this for you and get back to you as soon as possible.

In the event that a refund is issued, you will receive an email confirmation of your refund having been processed. However please be aware that banks might take an additional 2-14 days to refund the amount to your card.

Please note, it is not our policy to offer both a refund and a reprint/card credit.

Unfortunately not – this is only available to use during the checkout process. Keep hold of it though, you can use it next time.
